Catawba Research India opens doors for clinical trial data management
“We opened our doors in 2014 as a CRO, with a focus on providing pharmaceutical sponsors with the breadth of capabilities and dependability needed to take a product from concept to market,” said Catawba Research CEO, Zaidoon Al-Zubaidy. “Since our start over five years ago, we’ve developed additional clinical sites in the U.S., and now we’re thrilled to have a location devoted to data management, biostatistics and medical writing in India. Why did we do this? Because we have grown our client base reaching into India and we need to remain as responsive with them as we have with our US-based clients.”
To date, Catawba Research has steered nearly 50 successful completions of Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials. With trials in 12 indications primarily in the topical drug space, Catawba Research continues its growth in an intentional manner with the sponsor in mind. Continuing to become the “one-stop shop” providing services from protocol development to site management to data management means Catawba Research continues to be competitive and meet the demands of its sponsors, while also ensuring much needed medications make it to market.
