Stephanie Al-Zubaidy has over 20 years of experience in strategic finance, successfully transforming accounting, auditing and financial departments for large, international organizations. Stephanie leads Catawba Research in strategic planning, applying her skills as a specialist in financial process improvement and change management for financial organizations. She has led professional teams to create, streamline and enhance Budgeting and Planning, Accounting, and Internal Audit departments. During her time in the industry, she has selected roles requiring cross-cultural and cross-functional projects, taking short and long term assignments in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
Stephanie Al-Zubaidy has direct experience integrating merged and acquired companies, resolving complex intercompany issues, and navigating disjointed financial systems, and streamlining processes with technological solutions.
Mrs. Al-Zubaidy has a Master’s of Business Administration (General Business) from Rollins College – Crummer Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s of Art in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
